Returns & Exchanges
Ready-Made Pieces
If you are not happy with the product, you can return within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Please reach out to me (anomalis.imt@gmail.com) before sending the item back and I will check eligibility and provide further instructions.
Custom Orders
Custom-made pieces are non-refundable. I will provide progress images and get your feedback along the way to make sure you are happy with your product. Once you've confirmed the final details, the piece will be shipped out and cannot be returned anymore.
Exchanges
You can exchange your piece for a same-price piece within 14 days of delivery, as long as the item is unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging. You pay only for the return shipping; I will cover the shipping for the exchanged item. Please reach out to me (anomalis.imt@gmail.com) before sending the item back and I will check eligibility and provide further instructions.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please email me (anomalis.imt@gmail.com) within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A photo of the damaged item
- A photo of the packaging
- Your preferred settlement method (replace / repair / partial refund)
I will find a way to make it up to you whether by replacement, repair or partial refund, which we can discuss and agree on.
International Customs
Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are determined by your country's regulations and your responsibility. If you're unsure what fees to expect, I recommend checking with your country's customs authority before ordering.
